FRONT OFFICE CTI is your automated coworker at the telephone. Whether you simply want to present current information or executing over telephone remote controlled actions - from cinema ticket reservation up to booking massage hours - CTI is the solution. Depending upon telephone hardware CTI supports also several lines per PC. Based on TAPI - the telephone interface of Microsoft and Speech engine (e.g. IBM via Voice) a dialogue between callers and CTI is implemented. Step by step the system passes through the individual decisions. CTI is also able to speak in different languages with the caller. Languages can be selected either by the caller or be decided by action (= film title).

Example of a dialogue of cinema ticket reservation

Imagine, your cinema is only during the opening hours occupied. In the morning FRONT OFFICE CTI takes over the telephone, and you save a hearing of the answering set and the input of the reservations.

FRONT OFFICE CTI accesses thereby the genuine data of the cinema program. The places are thus immediately callable under the indicated number. The operation can be made parallel by means of a key telephone with DTMF tones and by speech recognition.

Simple definition of the dialogue

The individual junctions can be drawn and edited with the mouse as used under Windows. Each junction can implement an action such as language announcement, decision from list, numerical entry, or voice support.

Flexible by macros

Dependently the individual answers arbitrary actions can be released by the inserted script support. The Scripts are registered directly in the editor in the language VBScript. ยป More
